Frequently Asked Questions
1. What types of businesses do you design websites for?
We specialize in serving small and medium-sized businesses across the Research Triangle, including startups, professional services, clinics, trades, salons, and local retailers. If you operate in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill region and need a modern, conversion-focused website, we’ve got your six.
2. How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects deploy within 7–10 days, depending on scope, features, and content readiness. Efficiency isn’t a suggestion; it's a standard.
3. Do you provide custom design or use templates?
We use a custom-first approach. Templates are used only as starting frameworks when speed and budget demand it, and even then, we tailor every page to fit your brand and mission.
4. Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Absolutely. Your site will look sharp and operate efficiently on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Mobile command capability isn’t optional in today's battlespace.
5. Do you offer SEO with your web design services?
Yes. Our builds include foundational SEO, including fast page load, metadata setup, proper structure, and sitemap submission. Advanced SEO programs are available for businesses ready to dominate local search.
6. Can I edit and update my website myself?
No. We don't recommend that because we use a proprietary web build platform that requires one to have extension experience using the system to become proficient at using it. For this reason we provide a nominal webcare package whereby we do all changes and revisions to the site for you. Thereby you can focus on your business vice worrying about website updating and upkeep.
7. Do you handle hosting and domain setup?
Yes. We provide hosting, domain setup, security, and maintenance. You focus on operations; we'll ensure the digital perimeter is secure and operational.
8. What makes your agency different from other web design firms?
We combine modern design, marketing expertise, and performance-driven strategy. Our focus isn't just aesthetics; it’s building digital assets that convert visitors into customers and build long-term advantage.
9. Do you integrate third-party tools and software?
Yes. From booking systems to CRM platforms, email marketing, payment processors, and analytics dashboards, we integrate the tools your business needs to operate efficiently and scale.
10. What is the investment for a new website?
Pricing depends on size, features, and custom requirements. Most small business packages start at friendly entry-levels with options to expand. We don't waste time or money; we build assets that earn their keep.
